No one stole our government, people give it up

April 5, 2011

In mid-fight against city hall all those years ago, I discovered no one stole our government, people give it up and leave it to others to hold their government to account, then blame those who do pay attention for what they appear to have by theft.

Either we do our job as citizens and engage or we leave it to others and put our heads under the sand or up our own individual narrative.

At the Chamber of Justice we are exploring how to draw back in those who have withdrawn from supervising their government.

Commerce and Industry network, ordinary people don’t after school is out, so that is one of the things we are looking to create; new ways for the rest of us to connect and engage (network).
